It is the student’s responsibility to ensure all degree and graduation requirements have been met by the end of their expected graduation semester. While the Registrar and Program Director follow your academic progression, the ultimate responsibility lies with each student.


Associate of Science Degree or Associate of Applied Science Degree Graduation Requirements

 Complete and pass course requirements and credit hours applicable to the degree;

  • Complete and demonstrate clinical proficiency by satisfying the requirements of the competency-based clinical education objectives and competencies evidenced by satisfactory evaluations;
  • Pass the program’s exit examination (if applicable);
  • Complete the program within the maximum time frame allowed;
  • Be in good financial standing with the College and attend all graduate/financial aid exit interviews;
  • Complete the minimum number of credits in residency;
    • At least 25% of credit hours of degree requirements must be earned at Casa Loma College.
  • Have a minimum cumulative 2.3 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 grade point scale.

Bachelor’s Degree Graduation Requirements

  • Complete and pass the course requirements and credit hours applicable to the degree;
  • If applicable, complete and demonstrate proficiency by satisfying the requirements of the practicum objectives and competencies evidenced by satisfactory evaluations;
  • Complete the program within the maximum time frame allowed;
  • Be in good financial standing with the College and attend all graduate/financial aid exit interviews;
  • Complete a minimum of 120 credit hours of course work or higher for a bachelor’s degree;
  • Complete the minimum number of credits in residency;
    • At least 25% of credit hours of degree requirements must be earned at Casa Loma College.
  • Have a minimum cumulative 2.3 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 grade point scale.
