Basic Meditation Training

Ever wanted to learn more about meditation and give it a go? Meditation has numerous benefits including lower blood pressure, clearer thinking, and lower stress levels. It is used in many traditions around the world for greater vitality and well-being. In this course, we will explore 6 basic styles of meditation so you can learn what best suits you. We will practice each week so you can feel the positive effects immediately. This course will benefit you both personally and professionally and is suitable for beginners.
Instructor Bio: Dr. Katherine Coder is a transpersonal psychologist who spends her time both teaching and counseling in her private practice. She began studying meditation 20 years ago and has studied various styles of meditation over these years. She is a registered psychotherapist in Colorado and a licensed doctor of pastoral science and medicine. She offers both psychotherapy and spiritual guidance in her private practice and has worked with many groups over the years through non-profit organizations, retreats, and year-long practice programs.
