Casa Loma College has connected employers with students and graduates since 1966 to create opportunities for externships, internships, volunteer opportunities and of course recruitment for jobs.
Career Services at Casa Loma College gives employers access to highly motivated students and alumni. We welcome the opportunity to assist you in connecting with students and alumni in order to meet your recruiting needs. We offer many ways to enhance your recruiting initiatives and will work with you to find additional ways to engage with our students. We can assist you with:
- Quick turn-around response and assistance with your hiring needs
- Pre-screening applicants according to your specifications
- Promote your company through our presentations
The below recruitment tools will help spread the word about your opportunities to students and alumni.
Post Your Opportunities
Job or internship opportunities may be posted on our site for free. It is easy and once posted, students and alumni will be able to view your position. You can email your job lead at jobpost@casalomacollege.edu
Conduct On-Campus Interviews
On-campus interviews are one of the most effective ways to hire motivated Casa Loma College grads! You can save time and money by interviewing more students at once and we do most of the work by setting up and managing your interviews and sending out emails to every qualified student or alumni regarding your opportunities.
Attend Career Fairs
Career Services hosts several Career Fairs throughout the year giving you the opportunity to inform students about your industry, your organization, career paths, and corporate culture. Information sessions typically last about one hour and include a presentation and question-and-answer period. If you would like to participate in one of our Career Fairs, please contact Janessa Reyes at janessa.reyes@casalomacollege.edu or (818) 785-2726.
Help Career Services Prepare Our Students
Career Services is always searching for guest speakers to further motivate our students. You can assist with student workshops, mock interviews, or resume reviews. You might even suggest a topic that has broad appeal, such as salary negotiation. Share Your Success Stories and Feedback Word of mouth is the best possible tool for recruitment, and success stories should be shared. If you’re pleased (or displeased) with the quality of student or graduate or a specific graduate hired, reach out and share in YELP!
