Angela F. Burrell, PHN, MSN, FNP-Bc, RN

Ms. Burrell is a master’s prepared nurse with over 23 years of healthcare-associated managerial, clinical, and educational experience. Ms. Burrell also has an extensive professional career within the Veteran’s Administration and in academic teaching online, hybrid and in the clinical practice setting for Mervyn D. McNally School of Nursing, Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science in their MEMSN and FNP programs as well as teaching for Mount Saint Mary’s University, ADN program. She also serves as an FNP preceptor at Cal State University Dominquez Hills and Grand Canyon University. Ms. Burrell spearheaded a task-force to develop teaching tools for educating heart patients and piloted and implemented a Heart Failure Program for West Los Angels OPC.
Ms. Burrell holds professional membership in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Nursing Credentialing Center and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and is a Veteran, US Navy.
Ms. Burrell’s education consists of AND, Santa Monica College, BSN and MSN Cal State Dominquez Hills, and Post Masters Family Nurse Practitioner, Western University of Health Sciences.
