Front Desk Receptionist – Tennessee Campus 

The Front Desk Receptionist will organize, and perform an extensive array of administrative, and program support activities on behalf of the Director of Student Affairs, and other departmental directors. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the primary point of administration for internal and external communications, often on confidential matters.

Minimum:

  • Minimum High School Diploma. College experience preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of one-year experience in administrative support field
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner

Full-time Imaging Faculty – MRI Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program

Casa Loma College has been providing quality education in Van Nuys for over 66 years!
We have one of the Finest Educational Imaging Programs in California and have immediate openings to join our MRI Team. We are seeking faculty who are enthusiastic and passionate about the imaging field and can motivate and instruct students.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of instruction according to curriculum plan and daily lesson plans
  • Incorporate various teaching methods in the classroom to engage and instruct students
  • Remediate and tutor students before and after class
  • Instruct students in assigned classes in accordance with course descriptions and/or learning outcomes, the course syllabus, and institutional policies and procedures

Experience and Requirements:

  • Must possess an associate degree or higher and graduation from a program in the field in which they teach accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation
  • A minimum of three years of occupational experience in the subject field or in a closely related field; and,
  • Active certification, license, or other designations as required by local, state, or federal laws to work in the field.
  • Demonstrated teaching experience in online and residential classroom
  • Utilization of innovative teaching methods incorporating technology, including on-line resources

Additional Requirements: * Must be current on immunizations, physical, and CPR

  • Pass required employee background check and drug testing

Compensation: Compensation is dependent on experience, knowledge, and educational level.

Qualifications

    • Associate (Required)
    • ARRT Certification (Required)
    • Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Medical imaging: 1 year (Preferred)

Full-time Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education for our Diagnostic Medical Sonography and our Magnetic Resonance Imaging Programs

We have one of the Finest Educational Imaging Programs in California and have immediate openings to join our MRI and DMS Team. We are seeking two Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education who are enthusiastic and passionate about the imaging field who enjoy helping students!

The Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education (ACCE) is responsible for coordinating the clinical education portion of the Program. The primary responsibilities of the ACCE are to plan, coordinate, facilitate, administer, and monitor clinical activities on behalf of the Program, in coordination with the Program Director. The ACCE selects and evaluates clinical education sites and facilitates ongoing development of and communication with clinical education sites and clinical personnel. The ACCE also serves as a liaison between the program and affiliated clinical education sites. The ACCE will be responsible for managing the Externship program and will ensure the externship site provides a quality learning experience. This position reports to the Imaging Program Director.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to establish clinical education sites in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Essential Functions and Other Minimum Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service who has the strength of developing and maintaining business relationships
  • Highly organized and committed with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication proficiency
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
  • Current knowledge and skill in the use of information and computer technology (e.g., word processing, e-mail, database) or proven ability to learn these skills
  • Ability to lead, direct, and advise both faculty and students
  • Maintains the highest level of personal and professional integrity
  • Ability to manage sensitive confidential issues related to student privacy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to drive in California, and have the ability to travel as required

Educational Requirements:

  • ARRT (MR) Certification, and/or ARMRIT Certification for MRI ACCE
  • ARDMS or AART (S) Certification for DMS ACCE
  • Graduation from an accredited program in the specialty field; and
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of occupational experience
  • Actively involved as an MRI Technologist or DMS Technologist
