How do I order an official CLC transcript? Transcripts can be ordered in person at any of CLC campuses or by mail using a Transcript Order form. Your Transcript Order form should include:
RUSH ORDERS should be done in Person, by Fax or by Phone.

- Dates of attendance at Casa Loma College
- Date of birth
- 9-digit student ID number, if available
- Complete address and telephone number
- E-mail address
- Number of copies needed
- Detailed mailing instructions including any special handling

Students/Alumni may request to pick up the transcript at the campus front desk. A photo identification must be supplied to when picking up. Transcripts are typically ready within 2 weeks. Rush orders are processed within 1-3 days.
Q: How much does an official transcript cost?
A: For current transcript, processing, and mailing fees are:
Official Transcript: $5 each
Unofficial Transcript: $5 for the first copy
$2 each for additional copies
Rush Order: $15
Q: Why can't I order a transcript by phone or by e-mail?
A: In accordance with Casa Loma College policy as well as with state and federal privacy laws, your signature is required for release of your academic transcript.
Q: Why does it take so long to get my transcripts when publications state that they are usually produced within three business days?
A: Three business days is the length of processing time within the Registrar’s Office from the date your order is submitted or received, and does not account for mailing and delivery time to or from the College. U.S. Mail delivery, and mail processing times at other destinations (including institutions), are variables over which Casa Loma College has no control, so we can only advise you of our processing time.
Q: Can I get a transcript order processed in less than three days?
A: Yes. Rush order (processing within 24 hours) is available for an additional fee. Rush order refers to the length of processing time within the Registrar’s Office from the date your order is submitted or received, and does not account for mailing and delivery time to or from the College.
Q: What is the difference in processing time between sending my transcript by regular U.S. Mail and holding it for pickup?
A: None as far as the Registrar’s Office is concerned. You are given the processing service that you request and pay for -- either regular service (three business days) or Rush order (24 hours) from the date your order is submitted or received. Mailing time also depends on the service you request and pay for.
Q: What if I can't get to the Registrar’s Office to order a rush transcript?
A: You can send your written order by express courier service. Your written order must state specifically the services you are requesting (i.e., Rush Order) and include payment. Credit card or money orders should be made payable to “Casa Loma College”.
Q: Can someone else order/pick up my transcript for me?
A: Yes; however, if you authorize another individual to either order or pick up your transcript, you must provide that individual with a letter of authorization that includes his/her name. That person must present his or her own photo ID.
Q: How do I obtain verification for an auto insurance good-student discount?
A: Bring your insurance forms to the Registrar’s Office for official verification.
